Vitalius is a genus of medium to large terrestrial tarantulas native to Brazil and other parts of South America. These spiders tend to be hardy, secretive, and often overlooked despite their impressive size and strong presence.
While not as flashy as some other genera, Vitalius species are reliable, bold feeders and generally easy to care for. Some can be defensive, making them more suited to intermediate to advanced keepers.
