Ybyrapora (Tarantulas)
Ybyrapora is a small genus of arboreal tarantulas native to Brazil, split from the Avicularia group due to distinct morphological traits.
These spiders are compact, colorful, and known for their relatively calm temperament. They thrive in tropical forest environments and construct silken retreats among tree trunks, foliage, or bark.
Due to their manageable size, gentle disposition, and fairly simple care needs (for an arboreal species), Ybyrapora tarantulas are often suitable for intermediate hobbyists.
Enclosures should provide vertical space, moderate humidity, and ample ventilation.
